ADMINSTRATIVE ORDERS
Please note the court has adopted the following new Administrative Orders and related Local Forms:
Administrative Order Establishing Procedure for the Disbursement of Postpetition Conduit Mortgage Payments to be Effective July 1, 2009, Administrative Order Establishing Procedure for Postpetition Attorneys' Fees to be Effective July 1, 2009, revised Local Form 4, and new Local Forms 13, 14 and 15. These Administrative Orders are effective for all Chapter 13 cases filed on or after July 1, 2009.


CHANGES TO FEDERAL RULES THAT REQUIRE AMENDMENT OF TIME DEADLINES IN LOCAL RULES AND STANDING ORDERS

The new local rules and standing orders are scheduled to take effect on December 1, 2009.
